We are happy to inform you that Portobello Boutique Hotel Hotel opened its doors once again on 24th of May 2021! As our main priority is the safety of our guests and team members, we are adjusting our daily operation according to the new hygienic protocols introduced by the Greek government.

We intend to face the new normality while maintaining at the same time the high quality & warm service our team offers. Current measures & procedures focus on ensuring the confident you need while staying with us.

Health & Safety

We have increased public space’s sanitation & cleaning procedures in guestrooms, giving extra attention to frequently used surfaces like door handles, front office desk, TV & AC controls, phones, lighting control, counter etc. following the official guidance.

Hand sanitizer are available for our guests in public areas of the hotel.

Our check in time has been adjusted according to current hospitality guidelines to 15.00 and check out time to 11.15, as it is necessary to ensure that each room is thoroughly disinfected and adequately ventilated.

 Room keys are provided disinfected upon check-in.

Standard social distancing measures between the staff members & guests are applied.



Breakfast will be served between 08:00 to 11:15 in our terrace or in your room. A staff member will need to assist according to the new regulations. 

Panorama Bar is serving at the hotel’s veranda. Please ask a staff member to assist you with a table.

We would like also to inform you that we must keep an updated record of all guests staying at the hotel – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), so that communication is possible if a coronavirus case is identified at a later time.
Visitors and non-register guests are not allowed in the hotel premises according to the Hellenic Health Organization.
